Release Notes:

Converted 2HD x264 to 2-pass XviD using MeGUI One-Click.

2HD used an HD source, but since this is technically not an HD source
as HD is 720p or higher resolution there will not be HDTV in the name.

Some re-encoders like to put HDTV in the file name just because there
is an HD logo in the frame. This is incorrect but trying to educate
some people on the matter is completely futile.
