try Mac Blue-ray player

for play those .flv filles in a Ps3/4
Try Vuze
be sure that your search for devices is turned on
and also the azupnpav (UPnP Media Server)
(if not: Tools>Config>Plugin,
and then enable this option ->
)
after that drag the file(s)
you like to watch on your Playstation in vuze,
into the playstation folder

after that you will get a sceen to make a choice between HD/SD
something like this:

choose the left option, HD (sometimes it does not even have to be converted, in this case you get the code N/A in the progress-bar (not available)
when done, go to your Playstation, to Movies, and then go to vuze that will appear (if not try to look into you settings of your PS, enable media servers) and then when you've got the vuze logo in your video list, open it and go to movies, all movies and choose your file
