Everything's good, just little detail, in many episodes the subtitles don't fit and are too slow. Is it just me?

Not sure don't watch the show. The subs are from the source.

I may have found the reason, because in many episodes, there is a little ad before the start, like the logo with mtv etc and that is the reason the subs dont fit :/

No, there isn't a difference between my previous S1-S2 those are all the same. This is actually my version 2, because I was missing S03E05 in the last one I posted.
Please help by seeding :D
