There is a readme file with install instructions.

4 Step version:

-mount or burn then run setup.exe

- RUN FALLOUT 3 PATCH 1.7 THIS IS VERY IMPORTATNT FOR THE NEXT TWO STEPS TO WORK

-copy everything in dlc folder and paste it in your data folder

-run fallout 3 launcher enable dlc's in data files and launch game
