A mod that is created by the game studios is not considered a mod but a "Downloadable Content" DLC. An extension to the main story.

A mod created by the customer is considered a mod that is used by the Creation Kit.

It works but there is a bug in the beta that doesn't allow you to progress after a certain amount of time in (at least for me)

This guy is full of shit. I had legit skyrim with pirated DLC, I even unlocked DLC achievements. FO4 does not have VAC, you'll be fine.

Yes, although you might want to disable auto-updates while using it. A patch might break your game.

Yea go to properties of that game on steam, go to Betas and there should be an option for it. Select it and hit OK, and it should auto-download it or queue it.

yes it can I'm using Codex's one right now. Great DLC btw the robots looks so cool. Just be sure to activate the Robot DLC.esp in nexus mod manager or fallout 4 mod manager. Any problems message me on here and i'll try to help
