If you don't see the extract.exe, it's because of the Anti-Virus software. It has deleted it. Disable it and redownload. Readme contains that.

Do not open R4RNU.exe, open Extract.exe
If it's not exist you should disable your Anti-Virus, because it detects it as a Trojan. Read README.txt
