My screen just goes black and then it closes. I got it to work once but after that not.

Launcher alone is Russian after all the changes
To change the graphics settings select 2nd option from top, and then use the link provided below to know the English equivalents, they have put the screenshot of of the settings(in English) , change accordingly,

also change it from ru to en in the file fallout4_Default.ini (found in main folder)
And also make sure changes made in both
.ini files are saved
