É necessário já ter o repack Fallout 4 v1.4.132.0 (PT-...Automatron) [BR-Repacks] instalado no seu computador.

Se você já possui o jogo instalado, basta executar o arquivo do instalador 'update-setup.exe' para iniciar a atualização.
