Following the intro video I get the main menu. I choose "New Game" and a loading animation sits in the lower right hand corner of the screen for a couple minutes after which it disappears and I'm left with a black screen.
I've downloaded FO4 before and had no trouble with the installation (and it was Russian) so I couldn't begin to tell you what the problem is. I can't remember which torrent I downloaded before.
