FastStone Capture is a shareware comprehensive and easy to use screen capture.

Its floating toolbox allows all kinds of capture in a few clicks directly from the Windows desktop. Full screen, active window, or rectangular area defined lifting, web pages with scrolling hand, you have all the options just a click away.

The integrated tool for editing and formatting of images is equally well designed. It has a clear and accessible interface to resize and retouch catches. Some typical features of image editors are present: contrast, saturation and brightness, contours, fuzzy, transparency as well as some "special" effects to give a sepia appearance, Black & White or negative.

Fastone also offers effects specially designed for screenshots with the possibility of integrating watermarks, create shadows and legends and give the torn edges look. Very useful for collaborative work, "draw" command launches a new window that allows you to draw directly on the image, highlight an area with highlighter tool or include annotations. You can also send your capture to Microsoft Paint and Word directly from the editing interface.
