This file contains both a regular file (that needs to be installed) and a portable version, which means you don't have to install it. Just unpack the zip file and place it anywhere on you PC. Then clik on the exe file or make a shortcut to your desktop. It can be used directly from your hard, any CD or flash memory. I love portable software!
