No, only the fanfic version. Although comparing the sizes and the preview chapter on Amazon, it doesn't looks like they should be major differences.

Is the fanfic version bigger than retail? Second chances 1 is just too long for me to get started :P

I'm not sure because I don't have the retail book. The preview chapter on amazon is exactly the same than the fanfiction.

The fanfiction book has 360 pages.
The retail recently published on Amazon has 372 pages (this version is labeled as Author's Cut Edition)

Although the pages number is not really exact because we don't know the page size they consider in every book, and they don't say the words count on the retails.

By the way, the number of chapters are the same (you can view it on the Amazon preview), so I don't think the retail would have much new content. But, as you say, maybe this new Author's Cut Edition could have been cleaned.
