Synopsis:
In 1883 in the Washington Territory, Agnes Farwell still mourns the recent death of her father. William Tyrell, her new stepfather, seems intent on destroying the family farm, but when he hires Hope Lawson as governess to Agnes' four younger siblings, Agnes is surprised at the feelings she has for the young woman.
