FileZilla è un client Ftp facile da usare, veloce ed affidabile. Supporta molte opzioni di configurazione che possono essere settate nella casella di dialogo "FileZilla Options". Il programma offre la consueta interfaccia a due finestre affiancate, il resume automatico e la possibilità di impostare la banda a seconda del giorno e dell'ora. L'applicazione può connettersi con pressochè tutti i server FTP, anche se si utilizza un firewall o un proxy SOCKS. Con server SFTP e server che supportano SSL o Kerberos GSS tutto il traffico può essere criptato.



Tra le principali caratteristiche:



* Possibilità di annullare il Upload/Download (se il server lo supporta);

* site Manager con cartelle;

* sistema Keep Alive;
