How to play:

1.extract rar file
2.Friken' use power iso included to extract the iso file


2.5.IMPORTANT!:open en-us_filelist.txt go to bottom and change 2,1,SC4.ico to 1,1,SC4.ico
BEFORE INSTALLING
(sorry just a security check in tha game or something)

3.Run Autorun.exe
4.enter the key
5.Folow tha instrucsins and friken play it
6.I FOUND THAT THE SIMCITY_1.DAT FILE (A CRUCIAL FILE FOR SIMCITY 4 TO WORK!)Doesint work in the download so please dawnload a working one from here:

and AFTER installing the game replace the Simcity_1.dat file with new one
