Op een afgelegen legerbasis, die officieel niet bestaat, voert een geheime groep wetenschappers onderzoek uit naar wapens totdat ze plots uiteengereten wordt door een onbekende vijand. De verdwijning van de wetenschappers wordt toebedeeld aan terroristen
en een elite eenheid onder leiding van Lt. Tyler (Keven Sorbo) krijgt de taak om de wetenschappers binnen 24 uur te vinden en de operatie strikt geheim te houden.
Vergezelt door CIA agente Cassandra Mason vindt de eenheid de wetenschappers dood. Ze zijn afgeslacht en bij nader onderzoek blijkt dat dit nooit met een AK-47 gedaan kan zijn. Iets veel sterkers en gevaarlijker dan terroristen heeft de wetenschappers gedood.
