Pretty teenager Bonnie McCoy takes Sandy by surprise when she sails into view aboard a floating zoo. Sandy is smitten and agrees to help her find her lost seal.

Flipper finds money underwater and presents some of the bills to Bud, who promptly goes on a spending spree. Flipper shows Bud where it came from and they collect more from the underwater wreck. The trouble is, the bills are counterfeit!
