Update Directx and also install Additional softs like Vcredist C+++

try different 'nvidia physx' .the error you mentioned here is related to physx only as my experience says .
here different means different versions .

This works fine, installs to 6GB as Fairlight release. Checked both. This also uses FLT crack. May be you are missing some redistributables as HeroKhan already said. Try installing those included.

Good and working torrent. Includes everything from 6GB release by FLT except 3 bonus soundrack files, and some art/wallpapers. Everything else is in here. Multi 6 language (Russian, English, French, German, Spanish, text only as the game has no voices at all).
