OK, the Broadcast has numerous soundtracks; F1 allows what's called 'pool coverage' because the expense of creating all visual aspects of an F1 race to prof. standard is, literally, 10x as much as it costs to record/transmit video of a Premiere League match. Basically, the cost to use one helicopter for F1 costs same as entire Footy match (no, not you Footy! ;>). Sports coverage has been imptoving so quickly and codsts alongside, this way the product is "grade A+" and expense is partially borne by 'Bernie's Boffins' (aka F1) marketing department and Sky/BBC defray their own, non-covered by F1 costs, to other nations who, by nature of adding their own commentary, can offer a premiere sports event they would otherwise have zippo chance of airing.
