DescriptionFraternity Of Man is the debut album by the American Psychedelic Rock band Fraternity Of Man. They are best known for their song, "Don't Bogart Me", the pro-pot anthem that appeared in the 1960's counterculture classic film "Easy Rider" (R.I.P. Dennis Hopper, we'll miss you). Many of the musicians here, were connected to Frank Zappa's Mothers of Invention, they did a cover of his song "Oh No". The music starts slowly and develops to a quick insane dementia. This album is a real treasure, the mumbling, the lyrics, the fuzzy, badass guitar solos, the psych organ and drums. The album includes fun lyrics, long jams, and solos for every instrument. It’s a classic example of the hippy mindset: relax, crack a joke or two, share what u got and get high together for a good time while irreverently telling mainstream society to stick it!!
