Freelancer and Starlancer

StarLancer, combines the intense action of first-person space combat
with the drama and intrigue of a classic WWII air combat movie. Countries
from around the world including the United States, China, Russia and Great
Britain have formed strategic alliances and now battle for control of
Earth, Mars and other planets across the solar system. You will be part
of a newly formed, ragtag aviation unit, the 45th Volunteers Squadron. If
you choose to accept the challenge you must prove yourself and earn the
respect of your peers.



Freelancer, Players are Edison Trent, who goes through a series of missions to save the Sirius sector from a mysterious alien force.
These characters fly single-seater ships, exploring the planets and space stations of 48 known star systems.
They also engage in dogfights with other pilots (computer-controlled)
to protect traders or engage in piracy themselves.
