The 480p resolution for NTSC = 854x480.
While files from your torrent have 640x352 or 720x404 resolution (Season 5) which is even bellow 360p.
People will surely appreciate that you have assembled whole series Into a single torrent, albeit from different uploaders, still you've done something. But i would not have downloaded it if i knew that quality is poor...
Also before criticize people maybe you should check description too. The MP4 is a container and has got nothing to do with resolution, bitrate or quality of files... I know you probably got used to see better quality files packed into mp4 when downloaded from most web players but it's just an uploaders container of choice (it could be as well m4v, mkv or any other) and it says nothing about mentioned file attributes. Fact, you can store video files of any quality into mp4 and these files are perfect example of that
