Description
CADCAM The software includes new nesting features for analyzing 2-blanks for transfer and progressive, an updated Strip Nesting engine, and calculation of more solutions for angular constraints for all nesting solutions. Major updates to Stretch Webs include parametric geometry, full regeneration, S-shaped webs, pilot holes, memory, and component extraction for managing assemblies. Performance enhancements were added to meshing, formability solvers, and springback solvers which are now fully multi-threaded to support multi-core processors. Additionally, springback compensation has now been introduced.
FormingSuite – is a modular application for the analysis of the technological components, obtained by sheet forming and cutting optimization of the metal strip. FormingSuite consists of modules connected simple common interface intended for designers, engineers and setters. FormingSuite modules allow you to: - Quickly calculate the shape of the sweep; - predict possible problems of production: formation of discontinuities or creases enought tightening material; - determine the final shape of the part subject to springing metal; - to analyze and calculate the geometry of the die forging force; - optimize cutting pieces of tape; - calculate the costs for each product.
