Mate the iso file needs to be extracted using winrar (any iso extracter). Inside it will be a VIDEO TS folder open that and there will be a lot of vob files in a row, that's the film before those files will be a vob file which is the DVD menu open that using vlc or windows media player.
This is a DVD format of the film you can also burn the folders like a DVD and play the disc in a DVD player
