Thanks. The FLEET one works fine too.
everyone is saying fleet is fine
"FLEET use a non-standard muxer that is creating files which breach the specification, creating playback issues on some demuxers.
Mostly hardware based ones like certain Samsung TVs.
Due to incorrect time-basing playback issues arise, creating a VFR like effect of studders, crashes and freezes.
Rule 12.1.1 - "must adhere to the Matroska specifications" - "must retain identical compatibility with demuxers as files created with MKVToolnix""
usually ettv always adds notes in proper release that talks about fixing specific issues...
just so everyone knows, fleet is very fast - and there has been numerous times fleet had errors in playback, but this is not always the case, fleet has sometimes succeeded in excellent release, and other groups just release anyways, i'm always surprised why this is... it's like they don't like Fleet
FLEET have just seemed to have gathered a poor reputation from past releases by the looks of things, hence the "proper" and "internal" releases that occur shortly after.
I skimmed through other seems fine to me also
the fleet release is fine, there is preview in the beginning about last episode also there is end credit scene, and quality is perfect.
I downloaded ettv proper batv to check and skimmed through, the preview is missing.
so to summarize: i don't get why they added proper tag when fleet encode had no issue, they should add a new scene rule for this type of nonsense...
edit: both are fine, its just less size/missig preview (which doesnt matter) but nothing about this is proper, it is just a good batv release... have fun people
