Most of the video is from the better quality 25 fps H.264 capture that was slowed down to 23.976 fps, recap/next ep preview and 23.976 audio were used from MPEG-2 CtrlHD capture.
Also C MORE SERIES HD logo was removed by overlaying rectangle from CtrlHD capture (and same for the black pixels in the top left corner).
As usual with HBO, there is a switch from 2.0 to 5.1 after intro. The intro was debanded.
