Did you use the patched Mapsource.exe ? Search for "Garmin Mapsource v6.16.3 patched exe" and replace the original one.

Yes it is working. Just use the right instructions for all Garmin maps.

No that won't work, you cant' put these files in the SD-card. You need to use the (patched) Garmin software so you can select and combine parts of these maps and then copy them to the SD-card.
