This is an HDTV version of an episode of "UFO", a 1970

British science fiction television series created by

Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and starring Ed Bishop

as Commander Straker.



This was recorded from a broadcast on the American

channel "Family Room HD". The image has been reformatted

to fill a widescreen (16:9) monitor, and is missing some

of the original 4:3 image on the top and bottom. The

broadcast was uncut and without commercial interruption.



The MPEG-2/AC3 broadcast stream was captured and then

reencoded. The video was reencoded with the MPEG-4/AVC

codec. The audio was passed through without changes,

and is 5.1 surround AC3. The resolution is 720 x 1280

pixels (720p), and the framerate is 23.976 fps.
