Ghosts in the City of Lights

The GH team will travel to France for the first time to investigate the notorious Chateau Lagroce. With a staircase built for Napoleon, caves used by the Nazis during World War II, and bedrooms that have housed various noble families, the Chateau Lagorce is a renowned monument that has centuries of distinctive history. This sprawling French property has countless personal accounts of paranormal activity from guests, former owners and employees. Each of the 15 bedrooms has had their own unique reports. It is believed that there are both good and bad spirits living in the Chateau. The “good” spirits include two sisters, who have sometimes talked to guests. These girls can be heard talking, and are known to mischievously move objects. One guest awoke to see a young girl watching over her from the doorway. The apparition said, “don’t be scared, we won’t hurt you.” GHI will investigate the abundant activity at this historic estate to determine what good and evil spirits may be lurking behind every corner. Then it’s off to a forgotten world that stretches for miles underneath Paris. Once used for underground mining, these extensive networks of tunnels were used as far back as 1000 years ago. Today, much of this labyrinth is collapsed and unreachable. One of the very few areas still accessible lies beneath the Capucin Hospital, in the heart of Paris. Will Angela and Dustin dare to get lost in the labyrinth? With numerous mining deaths, the GHI team will explore this winding maze to uncover what souls still roam in La Carriere Des Capucin.
