Pretty nice english translated subtitles for the 720p WiKi version of the new movie Ghost in the Shell ~ Koukaku Kidoutai: Shin Gekijouban.

Have only tried them with the WiKi rip and they're good enough, haven't tried them with any other rips so can't comment on timing etc, but if you really need them they may well work with other versions, download them and try out, leave a comment about them if you can.
