At the eleventh hour The Stone Roses pulled out as headliners of the 1995 Glastonbury Festival. I think one of them was crushed by an enormous pair of flared trousers or something. Anyway, the Roses' star was fading, but Pulp were on the brink of greatness. Their performance on the night appears in every Glastonbury Top Ten I've seen. This is every bit of the coverage that Channel 4 broadcast. Complete performances of Monday Morning, Underwear, Sorted For Es & Wizz, Disco 2000, Joyriders, Pink Glove and an astonishing singalong version of Common People that closed the show.
