To convert to Photoshop File Follow these steps.

1. Open the .eps file in Illustrator

2. Go to File>Export

3. In save dialog box under "save as type" select .PSD as output. Then choose your save destination.

4. In Illustrator, a dialog box "Photoshop Export Options" will open.

5. In Anti-aliasing select Art Optimized super sampling

6. You are done
