you download the game entering the psp folder click there on psp and grab the game to folder named game thetas all enjoy the game

You download it from here wait for the white house approval and then you'll receive a receipt on the mail saying you downloaded the game, go to the nearest circuit city and ask for the game, they will ask you for your psp and the psp will be sent to Sony south america (the only place that can put psp games into your psp) and will be returned to your uncle's house within about 2 to 3 months.
