Let me be clear about this, because no one else has been. There are no English subs in the 1954 version, unless you burn a copy after downloading! The original "Gojira" is in Japanese. The remake "Godzilla" KOM" (1956) for the American market (with Raymond Burr) is in English and is dubbed. ...

There are two separate ratings for this download! "Gojira" is very dark. You must use an alternative player to adjust the contrast otherwise you will be disappointed. 8/8.

And the American version "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" (1956) is great at 9/9!

No, it's not in color, they're the original movies from the 50s. Yes, there are subtitles, and the audio and video quality are exceptional for 60 year old prints. This is a real treat for fans of Godzilla, monster movies, and/or classic sci-fi.

THIS IS A WARNING FOR PS3 USERS: If you play these movies over a media server(like PS3 Media Server) to your PS3 the commentary is in the movie no matter what you try to do. It is a great quality rip but it will NOT work for PS3 users. I had to get another torrent. :(
