Can some one tell me what to download for the new season? I have seen all the south-america episodes.

According to Wiki this is Season 4 Episode 3, but now I think it is wrong after doing further research. I can see why all the confusion Discovery Channel & Wiki have changed the episode format a couple times. As of today this is episode 3:

Just so you know Wiki claiming "The Dirt: New Ground" as S04E01 is so beyond wrong. "The Dirt" specials have never been counted as regular episodes before and there are a LOT of "The Dirt" specials which have aired in the past yet are not anywhere on Wiki.

So... In an attempt to end confusion once and for all Gold Rush: South America was its own 5-part mini-series, not Gold Rush Season 4, which makes this S04E02 REAL just like the release says and not S04E03 as Wiki claims since The Dirt: New Ground was a preseason special.

Yeah I think Wiki is wrong, they changed their website from last week. They had the 2 hour season premier as episode 1 or 2, and now it isn't even listed their. On discovery website the don't have an episode order, but this should be 2: http://dsc.discovery.com/tv-shows/gold-rush/season-4-episodes/season-four-episodes.htm I do agree South American wasn't a season of Gold Rush, but more of a preseason to season 4.

Discovery's listings might be confusing by having Gold Rush: Face Off. That was a special, too. Mostly a recap of the Season premiere (Queen of Diamonds) with video chat interviews and the finale of the Gold Rush: Face Off chat-drama was included in this episode (Learning Curve).

Trust me, as a former nightly capper/releaser, it can be much more difficult to keep accurate season/episode numbering than many may think. It's usually obvious and easy, but some series, whoo-boy! it can be a shot in the dark. And it's no help when "official" guides change from one week to the next, either.

Heck, while I'm here, and as a leisure capper, I can think of a number of reasons. Most often it's real life schedule change. Extended work hours. Change from day shift to swing shift. New girlfriend and gets 2 BJs then a cheeseburger and cold beer from her before he gets to processing the videos. Damn good gf right there. Or there was a new born baby and that became top priority. In short, any thing you can think of that changes in life is a possible reason why things get released to the webs sooner or later.
