I made some changes about the final instructions that you have to use on your post pal. So I'm sending the complete thing to you once more.

The link of my FIX has changed as I have edited it's name.

New & Final Instructions are:

1) Gamers who have a previous version of GT5 must delete or clean everything related to it but do not touch saves.
2) Upload new GT5 to the internal hard disk.
3) Run it. It will ask to install the game data (~ 2.8GB), agree. Warning after installation it will ask to update the firmware, refuse.
4) Install patches GT5A-A0208-V0100-PE.pkg and GT5A-A0209-V0100-PE.pkg in the correct order.
5) Finally install this fix - GT5A-A0209-V0100-PE-FIXED.pkg
6) Start the game and play!
