I am not a Tarantino fan although I do think From Dusk till Dawn was a class movie.



This has to rate as highly as FDTD simply because you have no idea what to expect. The gore is piled on in bucket loads , the clichés come thick and fast and the overall feel has a lot in common with another of my fave movies Braindead. Bad taste has rarely been done as well and I enjoyed this for it's completely OTT attitude,bikini girls with machine guns ,insane characters, hideously deformed monsters and unlikely heroes , this movie has them all.



If John Waters,John Woo, Ed Wood and Romero were gene spliced the resulting child would be proud to call this movie their own. Anyone who enjoys the splatter genre will love it too.
