The mod compilation GTA San Andreas The Overdose is named after the "overdose effects mod" in the game. And it is a fact that I couldn't come up with any other name for it.

3. GTA V radar with GTA IV hud.

4. Recreated loadscreens.

5. Stream memory fix.

6. Srt3.

7. HD text.

8. Overdose effects.

9. HD map.

10. GTA IV weapons.

11. Clean vehicles mod.

12. GTA TBOGT(The Ballad of Gay Tony) parachute mod.

13. Other mods include - new minigun, new brassknuckle, new grenade, new menu, some new vehicle textures and new vegetation.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
===================
GTA San Andreas The Overdose will work on any computer that can run the ordinary GTA San Andreas. With a better piece of hardware and software of course, the game woks much better.

MULTI PLAYER
============
I havent tried it yet. But I am pretty sure that this mod compilation will work fine with MTA or SA-MP if you make certain adjustments with the "rectangular hud mod".

CONCLUSION

I havent asked permission from any of the mod authors about using their mods for this mod compilation. So, I dont think they will be happy with all this and I am sorry to all of them.
