GTA Vali's City is the most crazy GTA Vice City mod ever made.
It is entirely translated in Romanian but it should easy to figure
out for English speakers as well. We tried to absolutely not have any
consistent theme or emulate any real place (a la Mamaia Vice). You'll find
that Batmobiles and Matrix references go pretty well together.
