This is the first of 4 episodes directed by Dennis Weaver (Chester)! He also recorded a DVD audio commentary, which I included on Track 2. It was probably the last thing Weaver did professionally before his death early in 2006.

Lots of famous guest stars in this one, including Warren Oates, Jack Elam, Jeanette Nolan, elderly British character actor Cyril Delevanti, Harry Dean Stanton, and a man who co-starred with Dennis in his McCloud series in the 1970s: Ken Lynch.
