Halo CE 1.10 + Halo Map Downloader

This includes Halo Custom Edition, Flycam, Thirdperson and Halo Map Downloader. After
the installation finishes, HaloMD will open and allow you to download map files into the
working directory (wherever the setup file is). After you download the files, extract them
to either:
C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesHalo Custom Editionmaps
or
C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft GamesHalo Custom Editionmaps

You may also use a custom FTP server that hosts a "Map List.txt" by adjusting the settings
in settings.txt. By default, settings.txt has:
