Gemaskerde soldaten vallen een voertuig aan dat beladen is met
geavanceerde raketten tijdens een smokkeloperatie in Oezbekistan.
Ondertussen wordt een Zweedse ingenieur gekidnapt in Ethiopië. Hamilton
krijgt de opdracht om de kidnapping te onderzoeken en ontdekt al snel
een internationaal wapenschandaal in de top van de overheid, alsook
plannen voor een terroristische aanval op Zweeds grondgebied. Zijn
loyaliteit wordt op de proef gesteld maar de natie komt op de eerste plaats.

Special agent Hamilton goes undercover and joins a Russian mafia
organization that smuggles swedish weapons to terrorists. Suddenly they
are attacked by unknown group of heavily armed men who kill everybody
except Hamilton and take the weapons. But who are they? And who are they
working for? Hamilton starts chasing them across the world...
