This is the one-hour program from Hearts of Space Radio Show broadcast at a much earlier time, and which has not, to my knowledge, been uploaded here before. Music split to MP3s at VBR and voiceovers suppressed, but also including the FLAC versions, along with program notes and tracklist. This hour of music sounds like low key jazz.

You're listening to PAUL HASLINGER's tribute to late 1950s space-age exotica, a genre popularized by creative, eclectic arrangers like MARTIN DENNY and JUAN-GARCIA ESQUIVEL.

Lovingly revived in the early 1990s under the banner "Space Age Bachelor Pad Music" or just "Space Age Pop," its influences are still with us in the quietly expanding genres of Chill, Downtempo, Ambient Lounge and other variants of laid-back electronic exotica.

The appeal is clear: a nice cold cocktail, some cool beats and ambient electronics makes a perfectly relaxing space for socializing. On this transmission of Hearts of Space, a retro-future-ambient-lounge journey called TIKITRONICA. Turn it up and call your friends...
