The award is a sleek, new convertible - so the two use the prize to set off for Hollywood, USA. As Lewis, his suave friend, and a sloppy great Dane make their way across our grand country, they warble a few waggish ditties and get tangled up in several grotesquely comic hijinks. In the end, of course, Dean-o gets the girl and Jerry gets... the dog!
