It was a 1 time stream on a Japanese website called niconico, I didn't actually watch it or anything just found collections of images and GIFs. As far as I'm aware nobody has uploaded the uncensored episodes that aired, and if somebody did it wouldn't be HorribleSubs

But if I end up finding a legitimate torrent for them I will link to it in a comment on the most recent episode for this. But if a ripped version from NicoNico is up I don't think it would be 1080p unless it is upscaled, might have to wait for blurays to get a good quality version.
