This package provides the HP Wireless Hotspot software for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. HP Wireless Hotspot allows the Internet connection on a supported notebook to be shared with other Internet capable devices.Installation:

1. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).



2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.



NOTE: For version 1.0.11.1 and later, the setup package will install the product only if a wireless LAN module is detected. The package will not detect the wireless LAN module if the wireless LAN driver is not installed or if the wireless LAN is disabled in the BIOS setup.



System Requirement:

A wireless LAN module must be installed to broadcast the hotspot for connectivity.
