HTC Desire Android 2 3 Upgrade

Here is the official htc desire 2.3 gingerbread update. for those of you who missed it on the htc dev site (the link is now dead for some reason). you need htc sync installed to run this onto your desire. Used it on mine and has improved my device loads. there are many tutorials online to tell u how to do it, good luck !!
