He has blatantly stolen the work of WindowBlinds and SkinsFactory artists without giving them any credit and is making money out of it. His Poison, Toxic , H2O, Concept Design, Deathstar and many other themes are the work of WindowBlinds and SkinsFactory artists. He just stole those themes and claimed them as his own. 1. Switch back to classic stock personalization and run sfc/ scannow in the command prompt window to restore your files and if you use the 7tsp to patch icons for say the HUD Aqua theme you can restore files from the settings menu there too.
