Couldn't find this album anywhere so decided to rip off Youtube.
Rip Album (Dvdvideosoft free Youtube to MP3)
Convert to .wav (EZ CD converter)
Create .cue to split into single tracks (CD wave editor)
Split into individual tracks (Medieval cue splitter)
Convert tracks back to MP3 (EZ CD converter)
Generate/write tags (Tagscanner)

Sounds ok to me on my system, but with all the transcodes etc it is only because it's all I found.
Was a nice learning curve since I have never done this before (create an album from a Youtube rip).

If you have suggestions on better method to use to either quicken or improve final quality please post comments on your experiences.
