Strange video file. Played through USB memory stick on my Sony Blu-ray player the file plays for a few seconds, freezes, then the player goes off. Did the same thing with last week's episode. I used Freemake to convert it to .mp4 format. Played perfectly from beginning to end. The MKV format in the past year has all kind of strange behaviors. Fast forward and the player plays the next file. Or nothing happens. Never any issues with the .mp4 format.

Have to agree on this one... it started out interesting because of the job, not because of a handful of people (who are a hand full most of the time).
